Exactly what I needed because it is such a hassle to show up to inspect a property and the code for the key lock box is wrong and can't get someone on the phone to get me the right code. One time I had the right code, but the key was wrong! With my own set, no longer am i dependent on codes and the possibility of wrong keys! As for service, it was great! No problems or hassles! I'd be happy to recommend this site to anyone seeking their products!

Gone are the days when I drove up into the mountains to show a home only to find the lock box code was wrong, or my favorite the code was right and the keys were gone....only to hike back down the mountain as there is no cell service ...you get the picture. Had the keys a week and already got into a vacant home that I was given an incorrect code for. A vital part of my business and well worth the investment.

After having a few keys made by a locksmith (that didn't work) and a few keys made at another locksmith (that did work) I was frustrated and ordered the full set.
